TENDER NOTICE
Municipal Committee, Sambrial intends to call sealed percentage / above & below tenders as per
PPRA rules for its following schemes according to the TS rates (as per MRS 2nd Biannual 2024) from
the contractors on EPADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) on the following terms and

The bid documents are available on EPADs and PPRA Website. The intending contractor may
get the bid documents from MO (l) branch Municipal Committee, Sambrial during office time
from the date of publication of tender notice till 18-09-2024 after paying prescribed fee,
submitting the following documents:
i) Application on original letter pad clearly mentioning the name and number of schemes.
ii) Enlistment Certificate or PEC license.
iii) 5% Earnest money in the form of CDR from any schedule bank in Punjab in favor of Chief
Officer, Municipal Committee Sambrial.
The bid document shall be submitted on EPADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from the
date of publication to 19-09-2024 at 12:30 pm.
Original CDR amounting to 5% of estimated amount shall be submitted in MC office prior to
mention date and time of opening of bids. Otherwise bids may be treated as non-responsive.
All the received bids through EPADs will be opened on same date at 1 pm in the office of
Municipal Committee Sambrial by the tender opening committee in the presence of available
contractors or their authorized representatives.
It is compulsory on all participating contractors to quote their rates in figures as well as in words
on above or below the estimate on percentage rate basis.
If the contractor's quoted lowest tender rates are more than 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest
bidder shall bound to deposit additional performance security from the schedule bank upto
percentage quoted below TS estimate (including CDR deposit at the time of tendering) within 15
days of issuing of notice. If he does not deposit the required amount, his 5% deposit call will be
forfeited by the Municipal Committee, and process of re-tendering will be initiated. Municipal
Committee and his tender rates with this action cannot be challenged in any court of law.
Conditional, un-signed, in-complete, cutting, overwritten and doubtful bids will be dealt as
rejected.
The Administrator (Competent Authority) may reject all bids at any time prior to the approval /
acceptance of the Tender rates.
When Acceptance letter is issued to the successful contractor, he has to make the agreement
with department on stamp paper of value specified by Government with in seven days for
issuance of Work Order.
Time period for completion of each project will be mentioned in Work Order after approval of
rates of the lowest bidder.
The contractors to whom work orders are issued are bound to conduct the required quality
control tests on their own expenses.
Any information / detail of work regarding tenders mentioned below can be obtained from the
office of Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) during the office hours on any working day.
Proceeding of tender will be held on next working day if subject to public holiday.
