Tender must be types on original company letter head, sealed property, and signed page by page by the bidders and with the quoted rate submitted in words and figures in printed form. Hand written and edited bids will not be enterained. Sealed bids will be accepted till 20-09-2024 at 10:00 AM in this office and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who choose to attend the meeting on 20-09-2024 at 11:00 AM.
