The office of the District Health Officer Dir Lower invites sealed bids under National /
competitive bidding from highly reputed Notional and International firms/Distributions/
Manufactures and authorized sole agents for procuring of the following items/Service
throng single stage One envelop bidding procedure, under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Procurement of Good. works and Service Rules 2014 for the finicial year 2024-25

The approved rate shall stand effective till 30/06/2025.
Bidding Documents containing specification / detail of the products along with
terms and conditions may be obtained from this office during office hours as till
date /time of bid closing.
Tender must be types on original company letter head, sealed property, and signed
page by page by the bidders and with the quoted rate submitted in words and
figures in printed form. Hand written and edited bids will not be enterained.
Sealed bids will be accepted till 20-09-2024 at 10:00 AM in this office and will be
opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who choose
to attend the meeting on 20-09-2024 at 11:00 AM.
The interested bidders may get the BID SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS from the Clerk
of Developmental Section oft ffice on submission of written application on
their letter head along witmpayment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- Two
Thousand only)
Proprietary certificate wher applicable must be attached.
All taxes will be dedu te as per Govt: rules.
The bidder in case@ winner, will be bound to ensure "the supply to the Main Store
within the stipulated period of time, otherwise penalty and other action as per
Govt rules imposed upon.
All firms must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority/FBR
where app Icable.
Bids Security in the form of CDR (as mentioned in form of each) in the favor of
District Health Officer Dir Lower must be submitted.
11. Separate bids will be submitted foreach items/Lot.
12. The Competent Authority has the right to reject some or all bids under clause-47 of
KPPRA rules 2014.
