A performance guarantee 10 % of Contract price (Balance Amount, Adjusting S% of
earnest money,) should be deposited by the bidder whose rates are approved by the
competent authority Rules,2014 with amended. If he does not deposit the required
amount his 5% CDR deposited Will be forfeited by the Municipal committee and his
tender rate will be rejected process of re- tendering will be conducted. This action
cannot be challenge in any court of law.
