All potential bidders are requested to submit their bids through E-Procurement on "E-Pak
Acquisition and disposal system (EPAOS) Manual submission of bid without ePads will not be
accepted/entertained. After submission of bid through ePads. the bidders shall drop the hard
copy in the Tender Box or sent through courier as per schedule.
Original Bid Security Call Deposit Receipt ICDR) must be submitted ih an envelop clearly
marked vhth the Tender No and Title before the E-bid submission deadline at Purchase Office
Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan.
The interested bidders shall submit their bids on the•asis of Single stage- two envelope
procedure. The bid shall ccmpnse a single packet/envelope containing two separate
envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separatel th&financial proposal and the technical
proposal as per PPRA Rules.

Purchase Office, along with Bankchällan/draft of Rs.1000/- in favor of Treasurer 871 J.
The Procuring Agency •may reject all bids or prcposals at any time pnor to the acceptance to
the bids or proposals as per EPRA Rules. The Procuring agency shall upon request
communicate to any companies/distributeryf•rms who submitted bid or proposal, the grounds
for its rejections. but IS not requireO to justify those grounds".

11 . The quotation must reach till 13-09-2024, 11:30 a.m. with a call deposit @2% of estimated
cost (as mentioned in the Tender Document) positively in the office of the Treasurer,
Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. The tender will be opened on 13-09-2024, 12:00 p.m.
in the Treasurer Office in the presence of the bidders who may like to attend the
tender opening meeting.
12.1n case of closed/forced holidays, tender opening time/date will be considered as the
next working day.
