I. National Highway Authority (NHA) invites Bids from the Constructors, registered with
Income Tax Department and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of
Revenue, and Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the Year 2024-25. Bid
Security amounting to Rupees 2% of Engineer's Estimate for each Location in shape of
20/CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security
Deposit)". Details are as under: -

2. Bidding documents, containing Method of Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelopes),
detailed terms and conditions will be available on the website mentioned below for
downloading free of cost. P ospective Bidders are also advised to follow the said website for
updates of schedule an
endum(s) if any.
3. The Bids prepared ill cordance with the instructions provided in the prequalification
documents, must reach at the address mentioned below, on or before September 18, 2024
till 1100 Hours epchnical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours in the
presence of all Bidders or their Authorized Representatives.
4. The Bidderooviding unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information shall be liable to
disqualification and/or legal action. Any default firms will not be considered as eligible bidder.
5. NHA reserves the right to reject all the Bids as per PPRA Rules.
6. All firms are advised to get EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk
immediately, as Manual Bid/ProposaI/AppIication (Hard Copy) will be eliminated in
upcoming procurements.
