TENDER NOTICE FOR
PRE-QUALIFICATION OF ADVERTISING AGENCIES
1. HQ Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Karachi wants to hire
advertising agencies for release of Federal Government
advertisements (classified & display) i.e Recruitment,
Appointment of Doctors, Teachers, purchase of stationary
items, auction of un-service items etc through advertising
agencies as per revised procedure by Ministry of Information
& Broadcasting Press Intormation Department for release of
classified advertisements,
vide
their
notification
no. dated 7 May 2024-
2. Terms of Reference ToR for Pre ualification of
Advertising Agencies:-
ae Advertising agencies must have five or more years of
accreditation with All Pakistan Newspaper Society
(APNS), Pakistan Broadcaster Association (PBA),
Pakistan Advertising Association (PAA) and Press
Information Deportment (PIO).
b. Advertising agencies must be yegistered with the
Securities & Exchange Commissipp.of Pakistan (SECP)
under Companies Act for at least ope year.
c. The Advertising agencies mus e registered and have
NTN number.
d. Advertising agencies must I-gave'Å complete organizational
structure to cater for designing [printing and having
specialized / qual ifie
rofessionals with adequate
th advertisements
experience in dealin
/ public
relations media.
e. The Advertising age jes should have office at least in one
metropolitan city.
f. Desirous advertising gencies must not be a defaulter of
APNS, PBAo a yother media related organization.
g. Hired adverts
collection
Rangers (Sindh) and after publication of advertisement will
provide e copies of advertisements published in
newspap rs for our record
h. Hired 'advertising agencies will be responsible for
verificÄtion / scrutiny of advertisement bills from PID and
concerned news agencies.
3. Application Procedure:- Applications along with details of
head office / sub offices in the name of Public Relation
Officer, Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) should
reach on address, HQ Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Muslim
Jinnah Court Building, Dr. Zia Ud Din Ahmed Road
Karachi within 15 days after publication of advertisement.
