National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited
(NTDC) "the Employer", intends to get the Works done for
Tender No. PD-EHV-21-2024 through NTDC own resources.
The Scope of works includes the following:
Transportation / Shifting, Safe Handling, Loading /
Un-Loading, Placement of 160MVA 220/132kV Auto
Transformers to Plinth / Foundation at 220kV Grid
Station Joharabad from 220/132kV Grid Station
Wapda Town and Sarfraz Nagar
The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or
persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the
appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National
Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance
with PEC Single Stage - Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure.
Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and
conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before September
17, 2024 at the following address during office hours (08:30
am to 04:30 pm).

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by
an interested Bidder on submission of a written application
to the above office upon payment of a non-grefundable fee of
Rs-5000/- (Rupees FiyC,Thousand Only) from the date of
publication of IF-B. Th€method of payment will be by cash or
bank draft from anfscheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of
"Project Directo HÉHV) NTDC Lahore". The detailed
qualification crite ia is mentioned in the bidding documents.
All bids mu e accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount
not less thaÅ2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of
Deposit at Gall or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled
BankfrPakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up
to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the
bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or
before September 18, 2024 at 11 houts. Bids will be opened at
11:30 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidders'
who ch0ße to attend at the same address.
NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as
defined in Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
