NOTICE INVITING TENDER
TSE # 242508527411 Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat
invites sealed bids as per Balochistan Public Procurement
Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014 from well-reputed,
established and experienced firms FOR PROCUREMENT LIVE
PLANTS & SEEDS having registration and active status of NTN and
GST with Federal Board of Revenue on the basis of following terms
& conditions:
I. The bidder shall not be blacklisted by any of Provincial or
Federal Government Department, Agency, Organizatlon or
Autonomous Body or Private Sector Organization anywhere in
Pakistan. 2. Detailed bidding document can be downloaded from
B-PPRA website www.bppra,gob.pk. 3. Single stage two envelope
bidding method shall be used as per Rule 41-(3) of the BPPRA
Rules, 2014. 4. Contract will be awarded as per the evaluation
criteria mentioned in bidding document. 5. Bid can be submitted on
or before TUESDAY, 17th SEPTEMBER 2024 (11:00 am) in the
Tender Box at Admin Block, Balochistan Assembly Secretariat.
Technical bids will be opened on the same day at (12:00 pm) at the
Procurement Cell Room # 76 of BalochistamProvincial Assembly
Secretariat, Zarghoon Road Quetta. FinaKGial bids of technically
qualified bidders will be opened on the
e day at (12:30 pm). 6.
Bidding document fee of Rs. 1000/ s II be submitted through

be required from sy éssful bidder. 9. Bidders shall quote theirrates
inclusive of all a pticable taxes and duties for each and every item
enlisted in ding document/Data sheet. 10. The Balochistan
Provincial&sembly Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all
bids as per provisions of B-PPPRARules, 2014.
