l. sealed Bids are invited from well reputed bidder having NTN & STRN
for PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE STATIONERY PR0181/2024.
2. Interested eligible bidders may get the Bidding Documents free of cost
from PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tendersl with detailed
specifications. A tender notice is also available for information and can
be downloaded from the websites of mvw.ppra.punjabgov.pk and
https:/leprocure.gov.pk.
3, Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be applied. Bids
must be submitted through Electronically (E-Pak Acquisition and
Disposal System) by September 12, 2024 at 11:00 A.M which will be
opened on same day at 11:30 AM through E-Pad in presence of
bidders. Late bids shall be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Demand Draft/Pay
Order in favor of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research
Center with the Financial Bid, without this, the offer shall be rejected
being non-responsive, whereas photocopy of Bank
Guarantee/CDR/Demand DrafUPay Order must be attached with the
technical bid.

next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of sale and
submissip@nd opening of tenders accordingly The time and venue
shall remain the same.
6. Note: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening
and awarding etc. shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-
2014. In case of any conflict between Bidding Documents and PPRA
Rules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
