3. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedl.(re shall be applied. Bids must be submitted through

opened on same day at 11 :30A.M througlyE-Pad in presence ofbidder. All Bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarånt e/CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Kidney and
Liver Institute and Research Center,a must be attached photocopy with Technical and Financial Bids,
without this, the offer shall be re•ec+eing non-responsivet whereas original Bid Security must be submitted
at belowaddress before CIOS gt• e and day.
4. PKLI will not be responsible of ycost or expense incurred by Bidders about the preparation or delivery or
electronic submission ofBid Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 03, 2024 in conference room, PKLI
at 11 :OOA.M
5. In case the date of opening or last date of sale is declared as a public holiday by the govemment or none
working day due,tohy reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of sale and
submission ando ningoftenders accordingly, The lime and venue shall remain thesame. Bid validity period
180 days.
6. Note:
All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening and awarding etc. shall be governed by
the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014(Amended). In case of any conflict between Bidding Documents and
PPRARules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
