2. The contractors are required to submit their applieåt!o s for issuance of tender documents
along with their complete credentials as shown at (serf 18). The applications shall be scrutinized
and the tender documents will only be issue! o t e firms who have sufficient experience the
relevant field and satisfy other special condi iop equired for the job and area. Tenders will only
be issued to the scrutinized contractors. TY tender must be received in the accepting officer by
1130 Hrs on 13 Sep 2024 and will be operat 1200 Hrs on the same date.
NOTE: Contractors shall provide cert' ic
hat they are not involved in any type of litigation with
Government Department in the Coyrt.s aw and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection
and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
3. All Contractors, will certi åitwriting that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC), and will submit a y of their registratiom Contractors not registered with PEC are
ineligible to apply.
4. Contractor bom oo.4ppioved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'BJ and also having experience o
this type should o I apply.
5. Contractors wh desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
6. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders will bel
dealt with as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
7. The interested parties can contact to concerned ACE 11 Corps/CMES (A) Peshawar & CMES (A)
Kohat, authorized representative for further details from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days.
