RE-NOTICE INVITING TENDER (RE-NIT)
1) Director Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical Sciences
Sehwan invites sealed bids on DDP basis from well reputed
manufacturer, authorized agents / importers / suppliers in
Pakistan registered with income Tax & GST in accordance
with SPP Rule 46(2) "Single Stage-Two Envelop
procurement procedures" for the year 2024-25 as per SPP
Rules 2010 (Amended 2021) for following category.

(PPMS) Website.
Bid shall include all Government taxes or duties.
Bid Security @ 2% of the total bid value of quoted items by
the bidder in shape of pay order/demand draft in favor of
Director Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical Sciences
Sehwan.
Performace Security @ 2% of winning items by the
successful bidder in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor
of Director Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical
Sciences Sehwan.
The original sealed bid security should be submitted along
with financial proposal.
The tender fee will be purchased from the procurement
branch of the institute and rou t e attached in the technical
proposal. Else will be de laced as disqualified.
In case of discrepancies etween the Tender Notice and
Tender Documents e Tender Documents shall take
precedence.
In case of apoouncement of public holiday or any
unfavorable cfrpumstances, the bids shall be submitted and
opened xt working day.
10) The Dl(éåor Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical
Sciences Sehwan reserves the right to increase or
decrease the quantity of any item of schedules as and when
it is deemed necessary according to SPP Rules 2010
(Amended 2021). The procurement committee may reject
all or any bid subject to the relevant provisions of SPP
Rules 2010, (Amendment 2021).
