INVITATION TO BID THROUGH EPADS
Pakistan Railways is a Federal Government Department which endeavors to
provide a competitive, safe, reliable, market -oriented, efficient, and environment-friendly
mode of transport and plays a pivotal role in socio-economic development of the country.
In order to meet the organization's operational and maintenance requirements, Chief
Controller of Purchase invites tenders/sealed bids from the original manufacturers
[authorize distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax
Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue
having registered office for the supply against following tenders in accordance with
Single Stage-Two Envelops Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004.

entertaining. (www.eprocure goupk) No bid other than EPADS will be accepted.
Bid security will be, submittedbefore closing of tender physically in tender box in the
office of Chief ControllerMPurchase. Bidder will also upload the complete scanned
copy of their bid in EPAbs.
• Bidding documents pntaining detailed terms and conditions, can be downloaded from
https://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost.
• The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents,
