E-PAD TENDER NOTICE
SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE
1. Tenders are hereby invited for the following development works from the firms/conlractors must
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and also registered on E-PADs as per Directions of
Government of Punjab for the financial year 2024-25.
2. The bidders/contractors/firms will submit their bids up to 21.09.2024 at 1.00 PM and will be opened on
same day on 21.09.2024 at 1.30 PM in the office Of the Assistant Engineer, LG & CD, Civil Sub-
Division Gujranwala, in presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their
representatives who may should remained present at the opening date and time.
3 The interested bidders/contractors/firms can obtain the Tender Documents through E- PAD and should
upload their bid through E•PAD. Manual bid is not acceptable at any cost.
4. If the interested bidders/ contractors intend to obtain the Tender/Bidding documents from the office of the
Assistant Engineer, LG & CD, Civil Sub-Division Gujranwala, he will pay @ 2000/- for each bid through
32.A Challan form which is non-refundable. Whereas, bidder/ contractor is at liberty to obtain the bid
free of cost through E-PAD system, launched by the Government of the Punjab for facilitation of the
bidders/contractors.
5. The bidders/contractors/firms are also bound to submit Original bid & CDR in the office of the Assistant
Engineer, LG & CD, Civil Sub-Division, Gujranwala, before opening of Tenders.
6. There must be no cutting/ amendment in bid quoted by the contractors through electronic system. No
telephonic/conditional Tender and without eamest money will be entertained.
7. Furthermore, information!detail scope of work and other unformation will be available in the office of
Assistant Engineer, LG & CD. Civil Sub-Division IJJtanwala, at any working day during the office
hours.
8. The firms/contractors shall be responsible fo payments of all applicable taxes at the time of release of
payment as admissible under the rules scribed by the Govemment of Punjab.
9. Cu PPRA Rules will be strictl abplicable. In case of any violation the contractors bid saill be
rejected according to the Rules
10. The Lowest Bidder whose id ill be 5% or more below than the sanctioned estimated cost of the work,
hd to deposit the difference amount between the bid & estimated cost as
the lowest bidder will be
per rate quoted by thå bidder as Quality Assurance Security in the shape of deposit at call from any
scheduled bank withi 15 days after receipt of tenders which will be retumed on successful completion
of the worWcontrap otherwise, his eamest money will be forfeited in the favor of Govemment.
