E-TENDERING NOTICE
Communication & Works Department, Buildings Djvjsion, Sheikhupura intends to invite the bids tor the following
schemes through E-Tendering vide Notification No. SOH-I dated: 26-05-2023.
Tenders based on Item rates percentage / above or below on approved DNIT are hereby invited for the
works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted / renewed With PEC for the cu financial year
in the relevant category and specialization code. The contractor shall produce the original PEC License having
mentioned the requisite relevant specialization codes. The contractor not having the relevant specialization code
will not be entertained into further process.
2. The procurement is to be out through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System)
https://eprocurce.gov.pk website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) developed by PITB only. All
interested applicants i constructors are required to get registered on EPADS to become eligible for participation.
Tender notice / tender document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for the
registered bidders on EPADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority
(PPHA) website https://ppra.punjab.qov.pkThe tender documents comprising the DNIT must be submitted on
EPADS as per the date and time mentioned below. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
G. The prospective bidders are to submit earnest money in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque
of any scheduled bank @2% of the estimated DNIT cost. The contractors i bidders shall produce the original
2% CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque to the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sheikhupura / Tender
Opening Committee accompanying the letterhead on or before the closing time of the bid; otherwise the online
bids submitted will not be entertained. Conditional tender and tender not accompanying earnest money shall be
rejected. The online submitted bids/ tenders will be opened on the website on fixed date and time in the office of
the Commissioner Lahore Division, Lahore by the respective Tender Opening Committees (TOCs) at the above
venue in presence of intending contractors or their representatives having attested Power of Attorney and who
opt to be present.
4. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance ot a bid or proposal
as per PPRA Rules. The Procuring Agency shall, upon request, communicate to any supplier or contractor who
submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for rejection of all bids / proposals but jt is not required to justify.
