Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-one Envelop) Procedures
specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to 2017), and is open to all eligible bidders
as defined in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain bi ding documents (fee @500) and further information from the office of
Battalion Commander, Guard BattaliorfNo. 7, Abbas Line Lahore, on submission of written application. Bidding
documents are available till Date 14-09-2024 up to 10:00 am from the office Battalion Commander, Guard
Battalion No. 7, Abbas Line La o e.
Sealed Bids must be deliver
o the above office on or before 10:00 am Date 11-09-2024 and must be
accompanied by the Bid Se rity 5% as per estimate price in the form of CDR, Demand Draft from the
Scheduled Bank of Pakista .
Bids will be opened on a e 11-09-2024 at 10:30 am in presence of bidder/bidderls representatives who choose
to attend the office avd.'00 am.
All the rates are inclåsive GST/PST and valid till 30.06.2025.
The bidders are.! quested N TN, Sales Tax registration Certificate must be provided.
The successful bidders shall deposit equal to 5% of the Total cost of Store as Performance Guarantee in the
form of deposit at Call/ Bank Guarantee within the period specified in Advance Acceptance of tender and Draw
the Contract. Performance Guarantee shall be refunded on successful completion of the contract obligations
and NOC from the indenter. The Battalion Commander has reserved the rights to reject all bids or proposals
in line with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
