Office of the Dean, Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC) Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National
Competitive Bidding from highly reputed national and intemational manufacture and authorized sole agents for procuring of following
heads items etc to meet the requirement of the college, through Single Stage Two Envelope & Single Stage Single Envelope bidding
procedure on CNF & FOR as per Rule 06 (2b) and 06 (2a) respectively of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, for financial year 2024-25, as so reach to the undersigned at 10.30am on 17 Th September
2024.
The rates will be valid till 30th June 2025 as per KPPRA Rule 31 (A) framework contract.

The rates approved will remain effective till 30.06.2025.
The bidding documents, BOQ and instruction to bidders can be obtained on submission of written application to the Dean MTI-
KGMC during working hours before the tender opening.
Original bid security for the above mentioned cost in the shape of call deposit must be accompanied with financial bid in the name
of Dean MTI-KGMC, Peshawar and without a valid call deposit will be debarred from participating in bidding process.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Room of KGMC, by the
Purchase/ Selection Committee, KGMC on 17.09.2024 at 11 :OOAM.
Any bids received late shall be rejec!qd as per KPPRA rules (37-4).
Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 03/09/2024 in the Conference Room of KGMé at 10:30AM for Sr. No. a (1 to Sr. No.5).
The bidders are required to s n submit their sealed bids through courier or by hand on or before fixed date and time in a
separate envelope clearly marked the (Technical & Financial Proposals) to the undersigned office KGMC.
Original company prescribi€letter pad sealed & signed (every page) should be submitted in words & figures.
The firm will quote the*éhder bid prices both in CNF and FOR basis of Sub head (a (1)).
The firm must have tvl$)å PEC specialized code for the Sub head (a (1)). The firm can only apply for the category in which the
firm is registered.
The firm will be r Sponsible for free service/repair/replacements of parts free of cost during the warranty period which should be
mentioned int e, uotation and should not be less than 03 years. The supplier will be responsible for free of cost installation in the
department cop erned and the warranty period will be started from the date of installation. The supplier must have local office and
workshop in Peshawar. No visiting/transportation charges will be paid to supplier in the time of repair/replacements of equipment
during the warranty period.
No. Conditional Tender will be acceptable. Any disfiguring/overwriting, manipulation in the tendering documents shall be liable
to rejection, incomplete/conditional bids shall not be acceptable.
During selection of the above heads the firms shall bring the sample (Mandatory).
All the firm participating in bidding process with MTI/KGMC shall submit "Integrity Bond" on judicial stamp paper of Rs: 100/- given
in the SBDs of MTI/KGMC (Mandatory) for Sr. No. a (1 to 5), failing which the firm shall be considered non responsive.
The firm shall be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
The taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.
The firm must be on FBR active tax payer list.
The Firms must registered and provide detail of NTN #, Sales Tax # and professional Tax and all other Taxes to KGMC.
The competent Authority has the right to reject all bids under the rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement
