NAME & SCOPE OF WORK REPAIR/RENOVATION OF VARIOUS SHEDS AT M.I YARD WEST WHARF. The work mainly comprises of: • Repair of Gates. • Water Proofing • Coloring/Painting Works. • Prepare Surface & Apply Thick Cement. • Providing & Laying Hard Grade Ribbed TOR Steel. • Providing of General Steel Works. Bid Security amount Rs. 5.0 (M) fixed (Refundable) in form of Pay Order in DATE & TIME OF RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDER BIDS Receipt of Tender on 13-08-2024 at 1100 Hrs. and opening on same day at 1130 Hrs. Tender fee Rs5,OOO/- the favour of Chief Accounts Officer KPT). (Non-refundable) 1. The intending Bidders must registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 and above with specialized code CE-OI, CE-IO & CE-II valid on the date of opening of Tender. 2 The Bid should be sealed in two separate envelopes, marked as "Technical Offer" & "Financial Offer". The Technical Bids alongwith Signed & Stamped Tender Documents Will be opened on same day in presence of bidder's representative. The Financial Bids shall be kept in safe custody of the Department and to be opened only for the Technically Qualified firms.
