TENDER 01 Procurement of Health Insurance Takaful Policy for Employees & their Dependents Tender Schedule - Date and Time Issue / Sale Tender Submission Opening Fee From July July 31-07-2024 31-07-2024 31, 2024 01 3000 13, 2024 3:OOPM 3:30 PM upto 1:00pm Eligibility Criteria i. The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant filed. ii. Bidder has credit rating of minimum "A+" of PACRA/JCR-VIS as on the date of submission of bid. iii. Details of turnover (including in terms of Rupees) of at least the last three years; average turnover of last three years should not be less than Rs. 6 billion per year. iv. Certificate of incorporation issued by the securities & exchange commission of Pakistan (SECP) v. Registration with FBR/SRB (whichever is applicable) and must have valid professional Tax Certificate. vi. Affidavit on legal stamp paper that ÅJh•rm is not black- listed by any federal or provincia department/agency/ procuring agency. , Tenderfee & bid security@2040f bid cost in shape of Pay order should be in favor of Suklsyg, BA University.
