INVITATION FOR BIDS

(the "Purchaser") has sufficient amount towards

the cost of procurement of goods (Air Conditioner, Electric Water Coolers and LED
TVs). Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
The Purchaser invites sealed bids, under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure,
under the provision of Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRS Rules, 2014 from eligible firms or persons
as defined under clause LB-3 of I sthlctions to Bidders. The bidding is open to
National/lhteiqa€eeel Competition as licy of the Government.
Eligible Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the Bidding
Document from the Office of Security Branch at PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF
THE PUNJAB.SHAHRAO-@-OUAID-E-AZAM. LAHORE.
A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased upon payment ofa non-refundable
fee of Rs.5000/- be downloaded from the websites of PPRA and Punjab
Assembly but in this case, Bank instrument valuing Rs.OOO/• (excluding Cheque) will also
be required to sub
addition to bid security as mentioned below.
All bids must be ompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the estimated price
which is Rs 106 ,000/- in form of bank instrument other than cheque and must be
delivered to, SECRETARY GENERAL. PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
PUNJABSHAHRAH-E-OUAID-E-AZAM. !.AHORE at or before 11:00 a.m. on July
30. 2024. Bids will be opened at I! •.30 a.m. on the same day in the Office of the Assistant
Secretary in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at
the same address.
