Separate Bids will be given for Local purchase of medicines/ disposables/surgical, and Dialysis items on the basis of following pattern.
l. National Companies' Medicine (Maximum discount from retail price).
II. Multinational Companies' Medicine (Maximum discount from retail price).
III. Surgical and Disposable items (Maximum discount from retail price)
IVs Dialysis unit Medicine/items (Item vise rate against each item in the list).
Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules
PPRA 2014 (amended till date) and is open to all eligible idders as defined in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders, who are active tax payer having valid drug sale licence, may obtain bidding documents and further information from the
office of undersigned on submission of written aphy ation along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only). Bidding
documents are available till 05-08-2024 upt 01000 am.
Bidding documents are also available on Pun! Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Website

The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request
communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
Taxes will be deducted as per applicable govemment rules. NTN registration certificate must be provided.
