envelopes procedure for health insurance service from SECP
registered well-reputed Health Insurance Companies having
registration with income Tax, Sale Tax and Sindh Revenue Board
(whichever is applicable) to carry out the fol lowing.

Eligibility Criteria
i. The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in the
relevant filed.
iie Bidder has credit rating of minimum "A+" of PACRA/JCR-VIS
as on the date of submission of bid.
iii. Details of turnover (including in terms of Rupees) of at least
the last three years; average turnover of last three years
should not be less than Rs. 6 billion per year.
iu Certificate of incorporation issued by the securities &
exchange commission of Pakistan (SEC
v. Registration with FBR/SRB (whichev
applicable) and must
have valid professional Tax Certifif
vi. Affidavit on legal stamp firm is not black-
listed by any federal or pro dal department/agency/
procuring agency.
Tender fee & bid security hof bid cost in shape of Pay order
should be in favorof 141< r IBA University. Bidding documents
