PPHI SINDH is not for profit organization, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed
bids for the "Supply & Installation of Emergency Exit and Installation of Parking Shade for Vehicles and Generator"
from interested bidders having relevant experience on Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
A complete set of bidding documents containing basic eligibility, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions may be
obtained from the Head office of PPHI SINDH, Karachi by submitting pay order of an amount Rs. 1 ,000 in the name
of PPHI SINDH (Non-refundable) on submission of application.

in this Notice.
All bids shall in de applicable Govt. taxes and these will be deducted from the bills / invoice, according to
Govt. Rules/PÖli y.
Bid Security @ 1% of total value of the bid/contract must be submitted by the firms in shape of Pay Order/
Demand Draft and must be attached with "Financial Bid" in favor of PPHI SINDH otherwise bid will not be
considered and will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.
