REHABILITATION / DEVELOPMENT & UPLIFT / BEAUTIFICATION WORKS OF 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. SECTORS G-13 & G-14, ISLAMABAD. The details of works are provided in Pre-qualification document. It is expected that Invitation to Bid will be issued by August, 2024. A Firm/Contractor can apply for Pre-qualification for One or more category of works mentioned in Pre-qualification documents. A Pre-Qualification meeting will be held on 24-07-2024 at 11:00 Hours, at Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Directorate of Maintenance, Bazar # 5, Street # 13, Sector G-13/3, Islamabad. Appropriate category C-6 & above PEC registered constructors may download pre- qualification documents for the Subject work from e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA Website (www.ppra.org.pk) and FGEHA Website (www.fgeha.gov.pk). Applications for Pre-qualification prepar in accordance with the instructions provided in the Qualification Criteria of Pre- alifjcation documents must be submitted on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) h o ghelectronicmeansonly, upto 12:00 Hrs dated 29-07-2024. An affidavit regarding authen iClhy of all the information provided for prequalification should be attached with th fequalification documents. If any information is found concealed ,incorrect ,fake orged, pre-qualification will be cancelled ,even after the appointment as Contracto(firm and would be followed by termination and legal action. Only the firms of constructors prequalified under this process will be invited to bid for theybrks as deemed appropriate by procuring agency. Firm must be registered with Income Tax Department. Proof of registration must be attached with the Prequalification Document. An affidavit on stamp paper must be submitted with the Pre-qualification document that the Firm has never been blacklisted nor involved in litigation in which decision has been given against the Firm.
