Interested bidders can only submit their bids online through e-Tender Portal of
ML&C Dept (https://etender.mlc.qov.pk).
Contractors having valid NTN No, ST RN No and valid PEC Registration of
relevant codes are eligible to apply.
The cutoff time for submission of online bids will be 1400 hrs dated 31-07-
2024 and shall be opened on same day at 1430 hrs electronically on the
portal. The contractors will be able to see the comparative statement online.
If for any reason, office remains closed on the date of tender, it will be opened
on next working day.
The CDRs from scheduled bank uploaded online hall be deposited in the
office of Cantt Board Walton on the same day opening of bids. In case of
failure the bids submitted will be rejected.
E-tenders without attachment of call deposit favour of the undersigned will
be rejected.
The issuance of work order shall be sub!
to approval from Board and
Competent financial authority.
The validity of tender rates shall b€GWto 80 days.
The contractor / bidders who quote tyeir bids / rates more than 10% below the
estimate shall submit performa ce.guarantee equal to 10% of estimated cost
under rule 39 of PPRA Rules
The bidder can registered,'tKemseIves with Cantt Board Walton at
etender.mlc.gov.pk for nliné bidding one day prior to the last date of
submission of electron bids.
Electronic biddiny ates hall be quoted on above/below or at PAR basis of
MES Schedule pf&es 2021(amended uptodate). Only 2 digits after the
decimal point shall be considered for evaluation purpose.
Who provide incorrect information shall stand disqualified and will be debarred
under rulee@of the PPRA Rule 2004 (as amended).
The successful contractor shall sign the agreement with the procuring entity
withim,.l'days after acceptance of bid.
Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable govt. (federal / provincial
taxes).
The Cantonment Board reserves the rights to demand the analysis of quoted
rates to check their reasonability and workability.
Contractor / bidder blacklisted by Cantt Boards or involved in litigation or
found to be indulged or fraudulent practices will be considered non-responsive
by CB Walton being procuring entity:
Any item not reflected in MES Schedule of rates 2021 & required at site shall
be paid as per prevailing market rates with the approval of Board.
Any bid received in contravention of enabling provisions of PPRA rules, 2004
will be declared non-response by the Board being procuring entity. Cantt
Board Walton reserves the right to accept or reject any e-bid on technical /
administrative grounds under rules 31 (I) of PPRA rules 2004 (as amended up
to date).

of undersigned during office hours. Furthermore, user guidance tutorial has been
uploaded on the portal.
