Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive 'Bidding (Single Stage-One Envelope)
procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014(amended up to 2017), and
is open to all eligible bidders as defined in thebidding document.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain biddikg"documents for Rs:1000/. and may obtain further
information from the office of Procurement Officer DPO, Sahiwal, on submission of written
application. Bidding documents are available till 27.072024 up to 02:00 pm from the office of
Procurement Officer, DPOi Sahiwal and No Bidding Document will be issued on closing date.
3 Sealed Bids must be delivered tpßhis office on or before 29.07.2024 at 10:00 am and must be
accompanied by the 2% Bi"ecurity in the form of CDR. Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque
from the Scheduled Bank O! Pakistan.
4 Bids will be opened of bidders' representatives at 11:00 am on the same closing
date in the office of!he DPO, Sahiwal.
5 All the rates are inclusive of all taxes and valid till 30.06.2025.
6 The bidders are-requested to provide their NTNs Valid Sales Taxllncome Tax registration
Certificates.
7 The successful bidders shall deposit equal to 5% of the Total cost of Store as Performance
Guarantee in the form of deposit at calVbank Guarantee within the period specified in Advance
Acceptance of tender and Draw the Contract Performance Guarantee shall be refunded on
successful completion of the contract obligations and NOC from the Indenter. The DPO, Sahiwal
has reserved the rights to reject all bids or proposals in line with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
