Parks & Horticulture Authority. Lahore invites sealed tenders from well reputed authorized suppliers /
distributors, general order suppliers, manufacturers who are registered With relevant tax departments for the
procurement of polythene bags (6x8 size):-

1. Item wise rates shall be accepted.
2. The intended eligible participants can obtain the tender documents from the office of
Director (Monitoring & Operations), Parks & Horticulture Authority, Lahore during
the office hours after the publication of this tender on payment of Rs.5,000/- tender
fee. The tender documents can also be downloaded from PHA website

3. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules
2014 on Single Stage — Single Envelop procedure.
4. Single package containing bid, du Completed, signed, stamped, sealed and in
complete conformity with tender doc nts should be dropped, in the office of
Director (Monitoring & Operations *arks and Horticulture Authority Gate # 04,
Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore, o ter than above mentioned dates. Bids shall be
opened on the same day t 2:30 p.m. in the office of Director (Monitoring &
Operations), PHA in the resence of the bidders who may like to attend the tender
opening proceeding
5. The Competent Authprity may reject all proposals at any time prior to the
acceptance of bidsL or proposals. The procuring agency shall upon request
communicateetéoany bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but
shall not be required to justify those grounds.
6. The Competent Authority reserves the rights to increase/decrease the above
mentione required quantity by 15%.
7. The successful bidder has to provide Additional Performance Guarantee / Security
as per PPRA rules 2014 chapter VIII clause (56) (upto 10% of work order amount) if
any quoted 5% below the estimated amount in shape of Bank Guarantee of
Schedule Bank / CDR in favor of "Director General Parks & Horticulture Authority,
