same at EPADS;
Financial Proposal shall remain (in sea nn) in the custody of the undersigned and would be opened in the
presence of responsive bidders. The na ia ly qualified lowest bid would be accepted.
The bidders have to bring th mpes of items at the time of opening the tenders otherwise the offers shall be
ignored.
The bidders shall submit @03 % of the total estimated cost in the shape of Pay Orders/ Bank Draft of
any Scheduled Bank in f@Voåi of the District Police Officer, Bahawalpur. In case of non-acceptance of tenders, the
eamest money will be fåpded after finalization of the tender.
In case of accep
tenders, the bidders shall deposit a Performance Security @ 5% of the total value of the
contract in the f
f Call Deposit in the name of the District Police Officer, Bahawalpur and draw the contract
agreement. Securi shall be refunded on successful completion to the contract, as PPRARule 56.
The Depaltment reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders without assigning any reason as PPR-RuIe 35.
All the rates which were quoted in tender are for the financial year 2024-25 on the basis of Framework Contract.
(from 01.07.2024 to 30.06.2025).
Any of the total bids can only be rejected on the basis of evaluation criteria;
l) The procuring agency may reject all bids of proposals at any time prior to acceptance ofa bid or proposal.
2) The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the ground for its rejection of all bids or
proposals but shall not be required to justify those grounds as PPRA Rule 35.
Bidding documents are also available at office of the undersigned during office hours on payment
@Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable).
All tenders must reach at the office of the undersigned, on or before 31st July. 2024 before II A.M. Tenders
will be opened on the same day at DPO Office, Bahawalpur on 01 :30 P.M.
The finn registered with income Tax & Sale Tax Departments can only participate in tendering process. All these
purchases will be on frame work contract basis; however, estimated and total cost may vary and the depanment
will inform you in this regard.
