The detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) for the assignment can be found by visiting our website www.ifrappius.org.pk or can be obtained at the address given below. 2, The Project Implementation Unit, IFRAP, now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services as per the TORs. Consultants are encouraged to provide only materials that would be specific to the proposed services, and to avoid submitting generic promotional material. The shortlisting criteria are i) Corporate Capacity (Core business and years of experience in same business for at least 10 years); ii) at least five (5) similar assignments undertaken in the last Ten years indicating the nature and scope of these assignments in areas of design, supervision, procurementt contract administration, quality assurance, environmen management planning It may be noted that specific experience of supervision (similar assignme mandatory iii) the logistical capacity of the firm and; iv) number of technically qualified staff. 3. Consultants may associate with otherfir t&ehhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly as to whether the association is in form o •t venture and/or a sub-consultancy The rationale for association with brief specialties to e ce the qualification shall be mentioned with broad job description of each member of associ (JV and/or sub-consultant). In case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall intly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
