FESCO has to outsource bill distribution of following 07 No. Divisions under Superintending Engineer (0) 1st Circle
FESCO Faisalabad with the objective to enhance the service image of company and improving its recovery by ensuring
delivery of bills to consumers at their doorstep. The bill distribution is highly sensitive job as collection of revenue
mainly depends upon the delivery of bills to consumers timely and safely. The detail is as under:-

Sealed tenders are hereby invited from Courier Comp nies/Firms who are interested in distribution of electricity
bi Ils in the entire jurisdiction of above Division; yoder Superintending Engineer (0) 1st Circle FESCO Faisalabad
for the period of one year (extended upto thrée,year on sa me terms and conditions if mutually agreed),
The interested firms should provide the following detail 3 days prior to tender opening to this office:-
1. Company profile.
2. One year experience certifica!e$inmility bills distribution.
3. Manpower details with experience and academic details of Key personnel
4. Original Bank statement oflasttwo years.
5. Certificate offinancigvsååndness.
6. Complete address of office located in Faisalabad.
7. NTN certificate
Tender documents camb obtained from the office of Superintending Engineer (0) 1st Cirde FESCO Faisalabad upto
dates mentioned aboye on payment of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) in any working day during office hours.
Tenders can be iåbmitted in sealed envelope on the scheduled dates and time and will be opened in the office
of SE Operation-IQ Circle FESCO Faisalabad on same date and time in the presence of contractor/firm or their
authorized representatives.
Conditional tenders will not be accepted/entertained.
Distribution of electricity bills is required for aforesaid Sub Divisions under the jurisdiction of FESCO 1st Circle
FESCO Faisalabad.
Bidders will enclose a call deposit of Rs. 500,000/- (Refundable to un-successful bidders) with their bid.
Bidders will provide bill distribution experience certificate, if any.
Successful bidder shall deposit surety bond/bank guarantee/performance guarantee @ Rs. 200,000/- per Sub
Division issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
All the taxes implemented by the Government will be deducted from the contractods bills.
Any sort ofinformation can be collected from the 0/0 SE (0) 1st Circle FESCO Faisalabad upto aforementioned dates.
Tender documents opening committee reserves all rights to accept or reject any/all tenders without
assigning any reason.
