REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES
FOR CORPORATE AFFRAIRS DIVISION STATE LIFE, PRINCIPAL OFFICE
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites
technical and financial bids, in accordance with PPRA rules (via
EPADS), from reputable public relations and media relations firms
registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed
as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for profession-
al services to State Life for the year 202485, The bid sutamistion
process will follow a Single Stage Tw#nvelope method, and the
highest scoring agency will be appointed.)
The RFP will be invited through EPAbS and can be viewed and
downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), the EPADS
system, and the SLIC website (www.statelife.com.pk). Bid documents
will only be accepted from firmsTegistered with PPRA for e-procure-
ment on the EPADS syste Oung their registered email addresses
Filled tender documents hust be submitted on EPADs through their
e-mail address latest pyhl :OO am on or before July 26, 2024. The
bids will be opened the same date tet July 26, 2024 at II :30 am
Please note thuatfinancial bid will be opened only for those agencies
who will qualify after the technical evaluation. If required, shortlisted
agencies ma so be requested for a presentation
SLIC reserve the right to acceptor reject the tendering process
in accordance with PPRA rules.
