PRE±QUAL'FICATION
FOR POULTRY FEEDS MANUFACTURERS / AUTHORIZED DEALERS
The Bidding Documents are invited from poultry feed manufacturers / authorized dealers for
all over the Punjab of registered poultry feed mills; under the Punjab Animals Feed Stuff and
Compound Feed Act 2016 for pre-qualification as per The Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
amended 2016 for the supply of approximately 300.00 bags (each bag of 50 kg) having
estimated cost of Rs. 150.00 million to Government Poultry Farms on F.O.R. (Freight on Road)
basis located at Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G.Khan, Dina, Gujrat, Attock
Mianwali, Bahawalnagar, Rakh Ghulaman (Bhakkar), Governor House, Lahore and other
Poultry Farms established during the financi
ear 2024-25 under the administrative control of
Directorate of Poultry Research Institute, alpindi in the form of Crumbs and Pellets. The
good reputation, relevant experience, past performance, capabilities with respect to the
feed plant, storage facilities, finan ial osition and taxation documents shall be criteria of
pre-qualification.
The interested poultry feed ma u ac urers / authorized dealers for all over the Punjab of feed
mill are requested to apply fo
-qualification on the prescribed application form, obtainable
from the office of Officer ln- Store, Poultry Research Institute, Rawalpindi on payment
of Rs. 2000/- (non-refunda
n working days (Monday to Friday) during office hours (09:00 am
to 05:00 pm).
Complete application o g with relevant documents will be received upto 25-7-2024 till 1 1 :OOa.m.
which will be opene the same day at 11 a.m in presence of bidders or their representatives.
Note: Incompletopplications in any respect and applications received after due date & time will
not be entertajfied.
