The bidders havÅ to bring their sample of each item at the time of opening the tender otherwise the er shall be rejected. Tender docu ent fee Rs-1000/- of each head (non-refundable) will be charged. The bidders shall submit @ 2% bid security or the value of total estimated amount of the bid as mentioned above with Financial Proposals in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft (Cheque not acceptable) of any scheduled Bank in favour of District Police Officer, Kasur. In case of non-acceptance of tender the earnest money will be refunded after finalization of tender. The District Police Officer, Kasur reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with rule 35 of PPRA 2014 (amended upto date).
