TENDER NOTICE
Office of the District Police Kasur invites scaled tenders in spirit of the Punjab Procurement Rules,
2014 (upto date) from well-reputed firms having previous experience as well as registered with
Income Taxand Sales Tax Departments forpu rchase of fol lowing Misc Items on the below mentioned
details & terms and conditions. Tender closing date on (Tuesday) 13.08.2024 at 11:00 am.
Tenders would be opened on (Tuesday) 13-8-2024 at 11:30 am in presence of bidders jn the
office of District Police Officer, Kasur. The same will not be accepted after due date and time.
The details of specifications and tender documents can be obtained against a written request
from the office of aforementioned address on any working day during office hours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Each bid shall comprise a single stage two envelopes as under: -
TECHNICAL PROPOSAL: (Detail of items on the firm's letterhead along with bidding
documents).
FINANCIAL PROPOSAL: (Rate of eaq $em including all taxes, charges, whatsoever,
Aletterhead along with earnest money).

"FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".
Technical proposals will be opened on 13.082024, while Financial Proposals shall remain
(in sealed form) in the cust y f the undersigned and would be opened after receipt after
technical report in presenc
qualified bidders.
The technically qualifie I west bid would be accepted.
The Financial propoxs of bids found technically unacceptable shall be returned unopened
to the respective bj dérs.
The bidders havÅ to bring their sample of each item at the time of opening the tender
otherwise the er shall be rejected.
Tender docu ent fee Rs-1000/- of each head (non-refundable) will be charged.
The bidders shall submit @ 2% bid security or the value of total estimated amount of the
bid as mentioned above with Financial Proposals in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft
(Cheque not acceptable) of any scheduled Bank in favour of District Police Officer, Kasur.
In case of non-acceptance of tender the earnest money will be refunded after finalization of
tender.
The District Police Officer, Kasur reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with
rule 35 of PPRA 2014 (amended upto date).
All tender process will be completed according to PPRA Rules 2014 (amended upto date).
The Terms and Conditional of rates will be applicable till 30.062025.
