AUCTION NOTICE
The following Annual Revenue Licences of Karachi Zoo, Landhi Korangi Zoo and Safari Park Recreation, KMC will be auctioned
on 31/7/2024 for the financial year 2024-2025 within the premises of Zoological Garden, Nishter Road Karachi. The possession
of the sjtes/ljcences will, however, be handed over to the successful highest bidders after the approval of Competent Authority,
which shall remain valid till 30th June, 2025. Accordingly, the amount of 10% Security Deposit and the amount of Installment
of the respective licences to be deposited will proportionally be reduced (to be calculated on the basis of the highest bid for
remaining period of the licence).
The terms and conditions of the auction can be had from the Office of the Sr. Director, Zoo, Safari & Recreation, KMC, situated
within Karachi Zoo at Nishter Road, Garden Zoo, Karachi, on any working day during office hours just after the date of publication
of this auction notice on payment of the participating fee (indicated against each) in shape of pay order separately for each
revenue licence.

All participants of Open Auction shall deposit eq@l to 10% amount of official bid in shape of call deposit/pay order (Original) in
favour of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation. Copy of CNIC. Valid Bank Guaranty or Solvency Certificate from Mukhtiarkar,
Color Copy of Active FBR & SRB Certificate, idavit on original E-stamp paper worth Rs. 100 attested from Oath Commissioner
confirming therein that "he or his compa Snot defaulter of this council nor any other council and he has not been blacklisted
by any council or institution".
Defaulter(s) will neither be allowed no@ntitled to participate in any open auction proceedings whereas, the following conditions

The successful-bj der will simultaneously pay Income Tax, SRB, Stamp Duty and other Taxes, applicable as per rules,
by-laws and regulation.
Blacklisted contractors/firms/suppliers/agencies shall not be issued Eligible Bid Form for participation in auction proceeding.
The KMC reserves the right to reject any one or all auctions/offers, jn case of any infirmity under SPPRA Rules and Auction
Policy 2016 will be found, and on complaint of overcharging or violation of rules, by-laws and regulations. In that case,
the contract will stand automatically be cancelled besides taking other actions for removal of fixture and ejectment of the
licencee from the site entirely at the risk and cost of the respective contractor/licencee.
In case any or all of these licences may not be auctioned or fetch the upset price, as fixed above, the same shall be put to
re-auction on the following dates:
1/8/2024 at 11 AM.
2/8/2024 at 11:00 AM.

The successful bidder(s) shall deposit the 1st installment of the bid in advance before possession of the contract.
KMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at any time or at any stage withoUt assigning any reason.
