Ignite is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies
Act, 2017 (previously Companies Ordinance, 1984), by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. Ignite
funds incubation centers and innovation projects which utilize fourth industrial wave technologies to solve local
problems and to target opportunities in health, energy, agriculture, telecom, finance, and other verticals.
Ignite invites proposals from qualified licensyd(registered well reputed entities for "Provision of Services to
Establish and Manage Ignite National Incubation Center Sialkot" as per details mentioned in the RFP document
that can be downloaded from https://eproc re.gov.pk, https://ignite.org.pk/rfps-year-2024 and www.ppra.org.pk
Interested entities should be on Active taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and GST registered
(if applicable) with professional ma å@ment team and prior relevant experience as mentioned in the RFP document.
Proposals in sealed envelopes, cle@ly mentioning the name of RFP on top must reach at the address given below by
1500 hours on August 23 2024. It is also mandatory for bidders to upload proposals on EPADs:

Proposals will be opene he same day at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives at the
