All vehicles can be inspected from the date of publication to 09.08.2024 (except Sunday
or any other public holiday) during office hours from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM by visiting the
office of the District & Sessions Judge, Attock.
Open Auction will be conducted on 10.08.2024 (Saturday) at 1 1 :30 AM in the office of the
District and Sessions Judge, Attock.
The bidder will be required to submit a pay order/demand draft of Rs.50,OOO/- as earnest
money for each vehicle in favour of District and Sessions Judge, Attock one day before
auction date in office timings, which will be returnable to unsuccessful bidders after i O days
of auction date. Without submission of pay orderidemand draft no one can participate in the
auction.
The bidders must bring their CNIC at the ime of auction and provide complete address/
mobile number and attested copies of C C at the time of submission of earnest money.
Vehicles will be sold only where the h st bid exceeds the reserve price.
Successful bidder must deposit

Successful bidders vyil be entitled to receive vehicles/documents etc subject to confirmation/
approval of auctionptocess by the Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Lahore, the final authority.
The transfer o
nership of documents will be responsibility of the successful bidder and
ownership o eocuments/vehicles must be transferred from concerned Motor Registration
Authority Within fifteen days after approval of Honble Lahore High Court, Lahore and CDR
will be returned after transfer of ownership of vehicles.
The payment of outstanding taxes of vehicles will be responsibility of the successful bidder.
Other details will be communicated at the time of auction.
The Auction Committee/Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids in accordance with rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
