The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the International Development
Association (IDA) (the "World Bank") toward the cost of Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project.
The Project Management Unit, Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project, School Education
Department, GOB an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this
finance to eligible payments under the contract forwhich this Expression of Interest is issued.

of Interest (EOI) following a Functional Review and
Capacity Building Assessment of the Balo i t n Assessment & Examination Commission (BAEC) in
2023, the Project Management Unit of the Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project
(BHCIP), funded by the World Bank, eeeking to engage technical assistance (TA) to build the BAEC
capacity to conduct Provincial Large*leAssessments (PLSA), including meta-analysis and research.
