TENDER NOTICE
City Traffic Police, Lahore invites sealed bids on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, from
' well-reputed and financially sound firms having previous experience as well as registered with Income Tax
Department, Sales Tax Department & PRA Department for the purchase/repair of following items for CTPL for the
Financial Year 2024-2025. Bids are to be addressed to the Chief Traffic Officer, Lahore. The bids shall be opened
in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the office Of STO City Division (Chairman Technical
Committee) at DIG Operation Building opposite Islamia College Civil Lines, Lahore while the financial
proposals shall remained (in sealed form) in the custody Of the Police Department and would be opened after the
completion of Technical Evaluation, in the presence of qualified technical bidders at Capt. (R) Syed Ahmad Mobin
Shaheed Traffic Police Line Manawan, Lahore, The date of opening of Financ:ial Bids will be announced after
the completion Of Technical Evaluation through telephonically or letter. The complete tender notice and detail is also

Traffic Officer, Lahore at DIG Operation Office, opposite Islamia College Civil Lines, Lahore during the office hours on
production of Challan Form (32•A) deposited in Govt. treasury under head "C02636-Police Fees, Fines &
Forfeitures" in the National Bank of Pakistam The bids shall be received under "Single Stage Two Envelope"
procedure, as per Puni@b Procurement Rules 20" Section The bids shall comprise a single
package containing separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the MFinanciaI ProposalØ and the
•Technical Proposal". The envelope color of Financial Proposal should be "White", while the Technical Proposal
should be "Khaki". Sealed Bids must be received in this office on or before 29th July, 2024 at 12.00 PM and must
be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned below in the form of CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled Bank 01
Pakistan, Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder or Bidder's authorized representatives as the case may be on
