Utility Stores Corporation Of Pakistan Islamabad Tender Notice for MINISTRY OD INDUSTRIES & PRODUCTION , ****** Result for Image/Page 1 ****** UTILITYSTOFES Government of Pakistan UTILITY STORES CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN Ministry of Industries and Production REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HIRING OF AUDIT FIRM The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan ("USCP") is desirous to invite Electronic Proposals for hiring the services of a top rated Chartered Accountancy Firm (Auditors) for audit of USCP Supply Chain forthe Financial Year 2020-21 , 2021-22, 2022-23, having duly registered with Income Tax and Sale Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers List of FBR and should be in the list of category-A of the Auditors issued by the State Bank of Pakistan and must have satisfactory QCR rating by ICAR underthe PPRA Public Procurement Regulatory Framework. The Auditor shall be a Chartered Accountant firm i.e. comprising of Chartered Accountants within the meaning of the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961. Interested Chartered Accountants Firms are invited to submit their proposal in respect of Supply Chain Audit after obtaining and understanding the relevant information for assignment purposes. Electronic Proposals / Bidding documents as per Regulations, containing terms & conditions, scope of work, instructions, requirements etc. can be obtained electronically by registered firms on E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Scope of the Audit: Audit of USCP supply Chain for the Financial Year 2020-21 , 2021-22, 2022-23 including: Procurement/ Merchandizing; Inventory Management; Warehousing and Distribution; and Sales and Profitability. All electronic proposals/ bidding docum s must be submitted on or before 10:00 am, on July 29, 2024, through E-PADS. The pöoposal will be opened through E-PADS on the same day at 10:30 am. If the day Ofs •sSion/opening of the proposals / bids is declared as holiday, the bids will be opened t e next working day at the same time. Proposal received after the due time will not be ad@pted and returned to the bidders unopened. The USCP will use "Least Cost Selectio @thod" under "single stage two envelope procedure" for selection of the Auditor e the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The above proposal shall consist of separate angss aled envelopes marked as Technical and Financial Proposals. The applicants must provide complete information (in English), including the application letter, along with all suppöihing documents. Any lapse to provide essential information shall render the applicant non-lesponsive. The bidders are required to give their best and final prices (including all applicable taxes). The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid (lowest evaluated complying bidder) on lowest cost basis.
