Sealed Quotations are invited from the reputed contractors / transporters having vast experience in providing transport facilities / services to the academic / training institutions duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who are on active tax payers list of Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), for hiring of transport facilities / services. Tender documents along with details / specifications can be obtained during working hours (07:30 AM to 04:00 PM) from the office of Incharge Transport, NIM located at 78-Shahrah-e-Quaid-i-Azam (Upper Mall), Lahore) or may be downloaded from NIM (nimlahore.gov.pk) or PPRA (ppra.org.pk) website. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions detailed in the bidding documents, must be dropped in the tender box placed at the office of Additional Director (Admn.&Fin), NIM, Lahore latest by 10:30 am on 26th July, 2024. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at same place at 11 am in the presence of representatives of bidding firms whoever wishes to be present.
