INVITATION TO TENDER
HIRING OF TRANSPORT SERVICES
1. Sealed Quotations are invited from the reputed contractors /
transporters having vast experience in providing transport
facilities / services to the academic / training institutions duly
registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who are
on active tax payers list of Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab
Revenue Authority (PRA), for hiring of transport facilities /
services. Following are the general terms and conditions:

Tender documents along with details / specifications can be
obtained during working hours (07:30 AM to 04:00 PM) from
the office of Incharge Transport, NIM located at
78-Shahrah-e-Quaid-i-Azam (Upper Mall), Lahore) or
may be downloaded from NIM (nimlahore.gov.pk) or PPRA
(ppra.org.pk) website.
The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions
detailed in the bidding documents, must be dropped in the
tender box placed at the office of Additional Director
(Admn.&Fin), NIM, Lahore latest by 10:30 am on 26th July,
2024. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at
same place at 11 am in the presence of representatives
of bidding firms whoever wishes to be present.
All the bids filled on prescribed Proforma should be duly
endorsed, stamped, sealed and s ouJd comply with term
and co nditions.
All the certificates pertaining:y e registration of firm with
tax authorities must alsobeenclosed.
05% of bids securitL all be deposited along with the
tender document
earnest money in the form of Call
Deposit Receipf@R)/Demand Draft/ Pay Order issued by
any schedul$d- ank of Pakistan in the name of Director
General, 1M; Lahore.
Price Oted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes
wtlic will be deducted by NIM Lahore as per prescribed
-rules. Rates quoted should remain valid for the Financial Year
2024-2025.
National Institute of Management (NIM) Lahore, reserves
the right to acceptor reject any or all bids in accordance with
Rule 33 of the Public procurement Rules, 2004.
