Experience: Minimum as per evaluation criteria in terms of conditions

• Amount of bid security Rall be @5% of the total bid price of the bidder in shape of Pay Order / Call
in favor of Director Finance, BBSU Lyari, Karachi and submit along with the
Deposit / Bank Draft

The bidders must Su mit an Affidavit / Undertaking on original non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-to
the effect that cgnstructors / firms are not blacklisted and are not in litigation with any Government,
Semi Government or any other Department or any Public Organization. (Submit details if any).
Any conditigÅa1 or telegraphic bid or without bid security / call deposit will not be accepted. Bid received
after specific date and time will not be considered.
The Financial Bid of the eligible / responsive firms will only be opened who will fulfill the mandatory
eligibility criteria.
In case of any unforeseen situation or Government holidays resulting in closure of office or non-
availability of undersigned on the day of opening, bids shall be submitted / opened on next working day
at the given time and venue.
BBSU may reject all or any bid subject to the relevant provision of SPPRA Rules. All terms & conditions
of SPPRA shall be applicable
