EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Purchase of Dental Instruments,
Materials and Dental Cabinetry
Rahbar College of Dentistry invites expressions of interest from
reputable suppliers of dental instruments, materials and dental
cabinetry with partitions. The list of items/instruments and materials
required along with the Terms and Conditions for suppliers can be
obtained after the provision of Bank statement of last 3 months and
FBR registration valid NTN and sales certificate from Rahbar College
of Dentistry during working hours.
The detailed drawings of clinical facilities of Rahbar College of
Dentistry (RCoD) can be obtained from Rahbar College of Dentistry
during working hours for quotation regarding dental cabinetry with
partitions.
Complete quotations (technical and financial) are required to be
submitted in separate sealed envelops to this office clearly indicating
the name of supplier, date of submission and word "technical
quotation" and financial quotation" till 18th July 2024 at 11 AM.
Technical bids will be opened in the conference room of RMDC /
auditorium on the same day i.e. 18th July 2024 at 12:30 PM in the
presence of the authorized represen tive of suppliers. The financial
proposals of bids found technif y rejected shall be retumed
un-opened to the concerned bidders).After the evaluation and approval
of TECHNICALLY ACCEPTE#ROPOSALS, financial bids will be
publicly opened by board fficers in the presence of the bidders or
their authorized reps. Th%Årocuring agency shall read aloud the unit
price as well the bi amo nt and shall record the minutes of the bid
opening. All bidderst attendance will sign an attendance sheet.
