Section b (f) of the Evaluatiqn Criteria at clause 11 of PQD Document stands cancelled and its numbers are re-dßiributed in (a)(b)(c) & (d) of Section b of Evaluation Criteria. Section e of clause f Evaluation Criteria, "International Affiliation with reputable firm" is replaced ternational Experience of 05 international completed projects ofrelevantscop 'O work. As per section f clause 11 of PQD document, the Bidders may be required to give presentation work plan & methodology of work adopted by explaining financial modelingqf real estate/ construction project after the submission of proposal. Revised POD along with amended Evaluation Criteria has been uploaded on EPADS. A Pre-BWmeeting will be held on 19-07-24 at 11.00 am in the committee room of FGEHA. All other Terms & Condition will remain the same.
