Reference Advertisement Notice No. PID(l)7848/23 dated: 16-06-24 & Corrigendum No.
PID(l)73/24 dated: 04-07-24 (E-lnvitation for pre-qualification of Financial Consulting
Firm/Transaction Advisor ), the applicants shall note & take into consideration the following
additions [deletions / amendments in the Evaluation Criteria of Pre-Qualification Document.
These additions / deletions / amendments shall form an integral part of the Pre-Qualification
Document which are specified hereunder:-

Undersection bofclause 11 of PQD cumentt Qualification and Competence of Staff
has been made clear by mentionin e requisite qualification and experience
Section b (e) of the Evaluatio
iteria at clause II of PQD Document stands
cancelled and its numbers åre re-distributed in (a)(b)(c) & (d) of Section b of
Evaluation criteria.
Section b (f) of the Evaluatiqn Criteria at clause 11 of PQD Document stands cancelled
and its numbers are re-dßiributed in (a)(b)(c) & (d) of Section b of Evaluation Criteria.
Section e of clause
f Evaluation Criteria, "International Affiliation with reputable

As per section f clause 11 of PQD document, the Bidders may be required to give
presentation work plan & methodology of work adopted by explaining financial
modelingqf real estate/ construction project after the submission of proposal.
Revised POD along with amended Evaluation Criteria has been uploaded on EPADS.
A Pre-BWmeeting will be held on 19-07-24 at 11.00 am in the committee room of
FGEHA.
All other Terms & Condition will remain the same.
