TENDER NOTICEa
Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) invites sealed bids as per signal stage two envelop
procedure from competent authority, resourceful and experienced contractors having registered office
in Islamabad/RawaIpindi for provision of services for operation & maintenance of HVAC system,
electrical and Mechanical works (indoor & outdoor Lighting system, Transformer, Generator including
630 KVA main generator, main electrical LV and LT panel, air Circuit Breakers, CCCTV, Fire alarm &
Security alarm for a period of two years from the date of award of contract renewable for another
year.
Firm must have experience for provision of services for operation & maintenance of HVAC systems,
electrical and mechanical works (indoor & outdoor Lighting system, Transformer, Generator including
630 KVA main generator, main electrical LV and LT panel, air Circuit Breakers, CCCTV, Fire alarm &
Security alarm system to government/semi-government/corporate level for at least five years (with
documentary evide nce).
Tender documents can be obtained from PN ead Office at the address mentioned below on
submission of written request along the
undable payment of Rs.500/- only during working days
at least two days prior to date of submi"l of bid. Tender in sealed envelopes must reach the office
