The Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Burewala invites eligible bidders, firms, contractors
registered with Income Tax Department & Punjab Revenue Authority for the Auction of Canteen
& Parking Services, THQ Hospital Burewala for the FY 2024-2025.

Only those firms/registered individuals are eligible to participate who have category-A valid
license. Original category-A license js compulsory for participation in auction of parking
and canteen.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain letter of interest & documents with further detail
information/terms & conditions from the office of Procurement Officer THQ Hospital,
Burewala, on submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Only).
Documents are available till 22.07.2024 during office hours from office of Procurement
Officer, THQ Hospital, Burewala.
Letter of interest with bid security, origt!l I category-A valid license and copy of NTN
certificate & CNIC must be submitted t t e above office during office hours on 22.07.2024.
List of eligible bidders will be displ yeclon Notice Board of MS Office on 23.07.2024.
Bid Security must be in the for
CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque
(Cash is not acceptable) from
cheduled Bank of Pakistan.
Auction will be done in pres e of bidders at above mentioned date & time in the Office
of the Medical Superintend@bt THQ Hospital Burewala. All bidders must bring their original
category-A License for a ticipation in the auction
If auction does not ta place due to local holiday or any other reason on said dates then
auction will be don n the next working day.
If the auction re al s unsuccessful or the highest bidder does not accept the contract
then the 2nd auction will be held on 30.07.2024 at 11 am and if the second auction also
remains unsuceessful then the 3rd auction will be held on 08.082024 at 11 :30 am.
The successful bidder has to submit 34% of annual amount in advance within five days
of auction. Remaining amount in two installments (33% each, December-24, March-25)
Failure to submit this amount results in cancellation of bid and forfeited of bid security.
