TENDER NOTICE
Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital, Sargodha invites sealed bids from registered firms having
established credential of Technical, Financial and Managerial capabilities for the following items
for the Financial Year 2024-2025.

Interested bidders may get bidding documents / information J terms & conditions from the
Purchase Cell of Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital on following dates upto 02:00 p.m. after
submission of a written application with copy of CNIC along with payment of non-refundable
Rs. 2000/- in the Account Branch of this Hospital.
Bid Security @2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR should be attached with the financial
bid in the name of the Medical Superintendent Dr- Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha
otherwise the tender will be rejected.
Single stage two envelopes procedure shall be applied. The envelope shall be marked as
"FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters. Financial
proposal of bids found technically non-responsjve shall be returned unopened to respective bidder.
Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, (Amended up to date).
Sealed bids are required to be brought in person by the authorized representatives of the
interested bidders on following submission dates at positively in the office of the
undersigned. The bids received till the stipulated date & time shall be opened on same day at
in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The bidders are required to submit the company profile including Technical Engineering,
Financial and Managerial Capabilities, regarding after sales service and past experience /
performance along with their technical bids as per PPRA Rules 2014, (Amended upto date),
The bidders are required to quote separate prices / rates for each tender Sr. No. as per
requirements detailed in the terms & conditions for complete systems.
Bidding document shall be made available from the office of the undersigned immediately
from the date of publishing & uploading of this tender.
