Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope)
procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to 2017). and is
open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and further information from the office
of Procurcmcnt Officer. THQ Hospital Gujar an; on submission of written application along
with payment of non-refundable fee of PKR each. Bidding documents are available till 24-
07-2024 up to 9:00 a.m. From offce of r curement Officer. Biding documents are also available
on Punjab Procurement Regulatory Au 1 website (www.ppra.puniab.gov.pk} until the closing
date for the submission of bids. S led ids must be delivered to the above office on or before
1 0:00 a.m, 24-07-2024 and mu Caccompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR. Pay

The bidders arere Sted to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
Contract wouldbe awarded to the vendor on the basis of maximum discount offered on national
and multinational brands of medicine/ Surgical / Disposables. Valid and Renewed drug sale
license (Category A) license must be provided for the Tender of Medicine only. Decision on Valid
drug sale license will be made by committee and will be final and can't be challenged.
IW{es will be deducted as per applicable government rules and NTN and Sales registratiot
certificate must be provided.
