Multan on payment of Rs, 2000/- per set (Non Refundable) along with 05% earnest money of bid amount with offered bid. Request for obtaining
forms should be made on proper letters pad of the firms containing CNIC in sealed envelope of the Proprietor, National Tax Number (NTN) ,
General sales Tax Number (G.S.T) ofthe Firms. The tender form should be dropped in the tenderboxon the above mention date till 02:00 PM
in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan. Tender will be opened on same date at 02:30 PM in the presence of
