HIRING OF FIRMS UNDER OPEN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has been
established under PCBODAAct. 2022 for comprehensive planning and development in
the area specified in the Master Plan of the Authority. PCBDDA is reshaping skylines with
commercial, digital and residential districts in the heart of Lahore, PC30DA comprises Of
500 acres Of prime land, with close proximity to logistical and administrative outlets.
PCBDDA intends to invite sealed bids from experienced. reputable Companies Firms
Association of Persons (AOPs) I Individuals to become party to Open Framework
Agreement for a period of three {03} years with PCBDOA to provide Services as and when
required to meet frequent requirements of PCBDDA in following categories:
