World Bank'S funded Program •Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive
and Responsive Education Progranl (ASPIREJ'„ A project Coordination unit
(PCU} has already been established by the Ministry which will provide guidance
and oversight to, the overall implegnentation and performance of the
